VoIP Doctors Fulfillment Policy

  1. Service Activation & Delivery Policy: VoIP Doctors provides customized hosted telecommunications services & consulting that are delivered electronically. Upon contract signing and successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and set up your services. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team. All subscription services are typically activated within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your service is active.  

 

  1. Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as per the plan you’ve selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an invoice via email for each billing cycle. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any service interruptions. 

  

  1. Refund & Return Policy: All sales are final. Since our services are delivered electronically and are accessible upon activation and onboarding, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with our services, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

 

  1. Subscription Changes: You may request modifications to your subscription plan at any time, e.g. to add users or additional service capabilities. To make changes to your subscription, please contact our customer support team at care@voipdoctors.com

 

  1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle, and you will be responsible for any remaining service charges, taxes, and fees due under the remainder of the term of your service contract. Please refer to your original signed service contract for terms, dates, and information about non-renewal notice period and automatic contract renewal.

  1. Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. 

  1. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
